Get carried away!

SATC-fever spreads! & I bet there are many of you, who are really excited about the reunion of the four girlfriends which have inspired us hundreds of times.

Unfortunatly I can't watch the preview on Wednesday, because I have a French exam on Thursday. & on Thursday, which is a loong, loong schoolday for me (school till 5pm) I either can't go to the cinema, because of a german exam on Friday!!! Ahhh, it is breaking my heart, I tell you.

Actually, the idea behind this post was not to give you an account of my sad, sad situation.. I would like to ask you, what you think of creating a SATC/Carrie-inspired outfit? Of course it is not neccessary to "do a Carrie", you could choose your favourite of the four girls, the one you maybe can identify yourself with.

You know, there are these special little things about the four girls & their style, which are still outstanding & which are making them unique. These typical items, like Carries famous corsage (leo sagt "corsage" ist eine "Ansteckblume" - ich wusste es nicht, irgendwie deprimiert mich das jetzt, ich meine nicht, dass man das wissen müsste, aber irgendwie doch..) or Charlotte's classy & elegant dresses..

You could post your interpretation of a Carrie/Miranda/Whatever & I would collect them to present the whole little project on my blog. Of course you could also send me an email (ladidaaa@web.de - don't make fun of my mailadress, please, it was just a stupid test, but now it's kinda my favourite).

So, what do you think? Would you like to join me and have a look in Carrie's wardrobe?I think, it could be very interesting & a great fun.

Make Party - Not War

WOW! Actually I partied one day after another since Wednesday.. & now I must confess to be a little bit tired.
Actually it's weekend & I just slept a few hours a "night" - that makes me become nervous. I NEED my BEAUTY SLEEP, people!!


Here's just one picture (I don't have any others I would like to share with the rest of the world yet - if you know what I mean.. - but if I find some nice snapshots, of course I will post them, too) to deliver an insight of how I looked like (yesterday ;).

Oh, please, ignore my ugly hair!!! It's just this horrible stage between short & long.. & I want my hair to be LOOOONG again!!! :( I'm sick of this "unready" (I hope everyone gets what I mean, because I'm not sure if I can use it this way) look.

Burned out

Ahhhh, ich habe das ganze Wochenende hinter verschlossenen Türen in den heimischen vier Wänden LERNEND verbracht. & schlafend natürlich, das kann mir selbst die stressigste Lernerei am Wochenende nicht vermiesen.
Heute mehr oder minder erfolgreich meine letzte(!!!) Bioklausur für immer geschrieben - da nehme ich doch lieber Mathe ins Abi.. Vielleicht mache ich damit den schlimmsten Fehler aller Zeiten, weil ich Mathe hasse & meine letzte Mathematiknote eine 5(-) war :(
Aber Bio bei der wohl ätzendsten Hexe der Schule? Nein danke! Diese Frau hat mir und dem ganzen Kurs restlos den "Spaß" an Bio geraubt.
Nach der Klausur habe ich mir erst einmal mit einem ganzen Haufen Mode- & Klatschundtratschmagazine eingedeckt - habe ich mir verdient! & bekam prompt einen Schock:

MK & Ashley Olsen sind in Wirklichkeit Drillinge. Auf den ersten Blick dachte ich, ich sehe nicht recht.

Es hat sich herausgestellt, die Dritte Olsen ist ihre 19jährige Schwester Elizabeth. Das arme Mädchen sieht bei genauerer Betrachtungt aus wie ein, hmmm, Neandertaler vielleicht?
Wusstet ihr von der Schwester? Lebe ich mal wieder hinterm Mond?

Na wie auch immer. Heute gehts wohl weiter mit dem Lernmarathon: Am Mittwoch steht meine LK-Klausur in Geschichte an.
Also muss ich das bis Mittwoch irgendwie durchziehen. Dann sieht die Welt wieder rosiger aus: Ein laaanges Wochenende natürlich (da habe ich mich schon ganz & gar dran gewöhnt!) & tolle Partys! Yuheee!

Also, ich fleißiger Streber, stecke meine Nase mal wieder in die Bücher & lerne bei einer schönen Tasse grünen Tees weiter. Danach gehts ins Fitnessstudio. - Da soll mir mal einer sagen, ich wäre kein Vorbild!;)

Ich wünsche euch allen eine schöne, hoffentlich stressfreie Woche.
Drückt mir die Daumen, dass alles glatt läuft!
PS: Das ist mein Kulifinger (in der Realität nicht so monströs). Eigentlich habe ich ja Kulihände. Jedes mal, wenn ich einen Stift in der Hand habe, passiert das. Wenigstens sehe ich, dass ich beim Schreiben der Klausur sehr eifrig war ;)

Ich bewundere aufrichtig diejenigen, die nach einer Stunde Kulihalten ohne solche Schmierereien davon kommen.

I love Amélie & the magic world full of colours she lives in & I adore her romantic style.

I'm looking damn much forward to see her as Mademoiselle Coco, too. That was the reason for a little flickr-research. I admire this lady also in black & white!

My Mum & I had visited a russian supermarket this weekend. For me it was like a jorney back to my childhood. - For all of you who don't know: I was born in Kazakhstan & actually, if you have a closer look at my family tree, I am half russian & half german.

Anyway: There were a lot of things that I am connecting with my childhood & happy moments that we needed to buy.

Well, the 80's. What can I say? It's the only decade of the last century I could't identify myself with. But somehow I like these.. They're kinda cute.

Es ist ein wundervolles Buch, was den Leser augenblicklich in seinen Bann zieht & viele rührende, lustige, spannende & traurige Geheimnisse mit ihm teilt. Echte Geheimnisse, die bewegen, die zum Nachdenken anregen.

Da kann es auch schon mal passieren, dass einem der Inhalt eines Kärtchens so vertraut vorkommt & man das Gefühl bekommt selbst der Verfasser dieses Geständnisses gewesen zu sein.
Mir hat es große Freude bereitet in diesem Buch zu Blättern, es meinen Freunden zu zeigen & gemeinsam viele kleine & große Geheimnisse zu lüften. In unseren anschließenden Gesprächen über das Buch, konnte ich auch meinen Liebsten das eine oder das andere Geheimnis entlocken ;)

Des Weiteren machen alle gesammelten Werke von Frank Warren eine super Figur im heimischen Bücherregal! Einen kleinen Einblick könnte ihr übrigens hier kriegen, denn Post Secret gibt es auch als Blog!
